Who we are

This website is operated by Anis Home Care, a home care agency. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Anis Home Care.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the personal information you submit through the two forms on this website: the care consultation request form and the job application form. It does not cover the records we create when we provide care to a client — those are handled separately, under the agency's care records policies, and you can ask us about them.

What we collect

Care consultation requests

When you submit a consultation request we collect:

• Your first and last name.
• Your phone number and email address.
• Who the care is for, and the kind of support you are asking about.
• When you need care.
• Any message you choose to write.

We also record the date and time of the submission and technical information about the request (such as the originating IP address) so that we can investigate abuse if it occurs.

Please do not send medical information through this website. The consultation form is not a medical record, and it is not designed to carry clinical details. Do not enter diagnoses, medical history, medication lists, insurance or policy numbers, or any other sensitive health information. If you need to discuss those matters, we will do so privately and through an appropriate channel.

Job applications

When you submit a job application we collect:

• Your name, phone number, email address, city and ZIP code.
• The position you are interested in, any certification or licence you hold, your years of experience, the languages you speak and your preferred schedule.
• Your resume, which you upload as a file.
• Any message you choose to write.

Why we use it

We use consultation information only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss care options with you. We use application information only to assess your application and to contact you about recruitment.

We do not sell your information. We do not use the information you submit through these forms for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who can see it

Consultation requests and job applications are visible only to authorised members of the Anis Home Care team who need them to do their work, through a password-protected administrative dashboard.

Uploaded resumes are stored in private storage. They are not published on this website, they are not reachable at any public web address, and they are not attached to outbound email. They can only be downloaded by an authorised administrator.

Notification emails are delivered through the email provider configured for this site. That provider processes the message content in order to deliver it.

How long we keep it

Consultation enquiries are retained while we are in contact with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up a conversation that paused. Job applications and resumes are retained for recruitment purposes and removed when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details at the end of this policy.

How it is protected

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server, protected against cross-site request forgery, and rate limited. Access to submitted information requires an individual administrator account. Uploaded files are restricted by type and size, and stored outside the public web directory.

Cookies and sessions

This website sets a session cookie, which is required for the forms to work securely — it carries the cross-site request forgery token that protects the forms from being submitted on your behalf by another site. It is not used for advertising or analytics.

We do not currently run advertising or third-party analytics trackers on this website. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the version date at the top of the page will change with it.
